Galerie Joaquin Rockwell
July 14–23, 2026
Following the success of Dos por Dos: Abstractions and Figurations in 2024, Galerie Joaquin Rockwell presents the second iteration of a group exhibition exploring the creative potential of a shared format, this time on an even more intimate scale of 12 x 12 inches. Working within the same dimensions, each artist demonstrates how creative constraints can inspire innovation. Through composition, technique, and concept, every work reveals a distinct visual language, proving that artistic expression is not limited by size.
Within these shared dimensions, more than 25 participating artists present unique perspectives, emotions, and narratives. Though united by a uniform format, each piece remains unrestricted in vision, transforming a modest square canvas or sheet of paper into a compelling visual statement that reflects the individuality of its maker. Featuring a dynamic mix of abstraction, figuration, and diverse artistic styles, the exhibition offers viewers a rich and engaging collection of contemporary artistic expression.
Project 1 x 1: Shared Dimensions celebrates the boundless possibilities of creativity, reminding us that creativity extends far beyond physical boundaries. In these compact works, viewers will discover that even the smallest format can showcase the greatest depth of imagination.
Participating artists for Project 1 x 1: Shared Dimensions include Jepoy Almario, William Alvarez, Jo Balbarona, Karina Baluyut, Ronna Lara-Bes, Caroline Cainto, Joy Calanasan, Xander Calceta, Mel Clemente, Marco Coching, Gary Custodio, Camille dela Rosa, Julius del Pilar, Winslomer Delos Santos, Francis Evangelista, Sheila Osmeña-Go, Ella Hipolito, Raul Isidro, Jomel Lugtu, Ann Moneda, Carlo Ongchangco, Rogelio Orobia, Joan Palero, Jax Pasimio, Elie Quial, Jay Ragma, Eufemio Rasco, Jinky Lorenzo-Reynoso, Angelo Roxas, Kristian Somera, Melchor Tagana, Haraya Tejido, Harryn Torres, Lala Jara Tuazon and Kim Tugade.
