As Galerie Joaquin enters its 26th year, it celebrates its journey with gratitude defined by a continued commitment to Philippine art and the artists who have shaped its history. Galerie Joaquin presents Maestros Modernos, an exhibition that pays tribute to the remarkable legacy of some of the most distinguished names in Philippine art. Bringing together an exceptional collection of works by artists whose careers have defined excellence across the ages, the exhibition celebrates artistic mastery, innovation, and the enduring impact of their creative vision. Joining this distinguished lineup are Presidential Medal of Merit awardee Ramon Orlina and celebrated masters Norma Belleza, Michael Cacnio, Lito Carating, Raul Isidro, Carlo Magno, Lydia Velasco and Edwin Wilwayco.

From lyrical landscapes and expressive figurative works to striking abstractions and masterful sculptures, the exhibition demonstrates the breadth of artistic achievement represented by this distinguished roster. Each work stands as a testament to years of dedication, technical excellence, and a deep understanding of the aesthetic language that continues to resonate with audiences today. The exhibit is a celebration of the artists whose influence extends far beyond their individual bodies of work. Their creations continue to inspire fellow artists, enrich public and private collections, and contribute significantly to the continuing evolution of Philippine art.
