“Love, Plural an Exhibition

Galerie Joaquin Premiere, Galerie Joaquin Rockwell

February 10 – 20, 2026

Love is not singular in form or meaning.  It is lived and experienced uniquely by each individual and is ever-changing across time and circumstance.  It is shaped by the giver or receiver and can unfold in its many forms.  Love exists not in a static state but as a plurality of experiences, connections and expressions.

Love, Plural gathers artworks that tackle love in its diverse manifestations: romantic, familial, complicated and everything in between.  By delving into the emotional, physical, spiritual, or practical connections in human relationships, each piece offers the artist’s personal take while creating space for collective reflection.  The works in the exhibit suggest that love is not a single narrative but a gathering of lived experiences, layered and multi-dimensional.

Throughout the exhibition, love is presented not as fixed or idealized but evolving, transformative and complex.  The collection also invites viewers to reflect on their own personal experiences of love.  By embracing love’s plurality, viewers can approach love as an evolving process meant to be felt, tested and ultimately sustained.

The mini exhibition also marks the first showing and soft opening of Galerie Joaquin Rockwell’s Premiere Room.  Conceived as a dedicated space for curated highlights, Love, Plural is a preview of forthcoming focused presentations and intimate exhibitions.

Love, Plural is on view from February 10-20, 2026 at Galerie Joaquin Premiere, Galerie Joaquin Rockwell. Participating artists include Richard Arimado, Ronnel Cainto, Xander Calceta, Jomar Delluba, James Gabito, Almer Moneda, Sonny Palles, Perfecto Palero Jr., Averil Paras, Abra Pingol, Aljo Pingol, and Juanito Torres as well as pieces by National Artist Federico Aguilar Alcuaz, Angelito Antonio and Onib Olmedo.  The gallery is located at the R3 Level, Power Plant Mall, Rockwell Center, Makati City.
