Galerie Joaquin brings together twenty (20) artists in “Premier Exhibit,” celebrating excellence in art, happening for the first time at U.P. Town Center, Diliman, Quezon City. The exhibition’s roster of artists focuses on the emerging coalition of the modern masters with the new contemporary scene.

Galerie Joaquin will show a collection of works featuring a lineup of renowned artists: National Artist Federico Aguilar Alcuaz, National Artist Abdulmari Imao, Presidential Medal of Merit Awardee Juvenal Sanso, Eduardo Castrillo, Justin Nuyda, Raul Isidro, Ephraim Samson, Ramon Orlina, Michael Cacnio, Angelito Antonio, Mario Parial, Lydia Velasco, Dominic Rubio, Carlo Magno, Norberto Carating, Rudolf Gonzalez, Nelson Castillo, Ombok Villamor, Marge Organo and Marcel Antonio.

The Premier Exhibit’s initiative is to present various leading artists that have worked with the Galerie Joaquin Group through the years, and also to establish U.P. Town Center as an important venue for art exhibitions that can cater to the art lovers and collectors in the North and Eastern part of the metropolis. Artworks to be presented are important pieces by the artists that underscore their core positions and dynamics within their respective art practices in this transpired era of contemporary art.

“Premier Exhibit” is more than an homage, it is a testimony to the development of an artistic vocabulary and attitude during the height in each of these artists’ burgeoning careers and their timeless significance in this day and age.

“Premier Exhibit” will be on view from July 1 to 15, 2018 at the Activity Center, Ground Floor, U. P. Town Center, Katipunan Avenue, Loyola Heights, Diliman, Quezon City with the Artists’ Reception slated for July 7, Saturday, at 4:00 P.M.
